आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने आढ़तियों के आंदोलन की हवा निकाल दी।🤣🤪
में पिछले कई दिन से लिख रहा था, के ये आंदोलन बीजेपी के पिच पर खेला जा रहा है, ओर इसमे विपक्ष ओर देशविरोधी ताकते फस गयी है।
*शुरू से पप्पू ओर पंजाब के आढ़तिये ओर पूरा विपक्ष एक ही रट लगाये, बैठा था, के पहले किसान बिल वापस लो, तो हम बात करेंगे, या फिर तभी हटेंगे।*
बस यही से गलत की शुरुवात हो गयी थी।
किसान बिल संसद से पास होकर आया जो के संविंधान में सरवोच्च है। संसद का काम ही है के बिल या कानून बनाना।
ओर जब ओ कानून पास हो जाये तो ,आप महज रोड पर धरने देकर उसे वापस नहीं करवा सकते। आपको बताना ही होगा के उसमे क्या खराबी है। उसमे जनता का या किसानों का क्या नुकसान होने वाला है? अगर आप रोड पर बैठकर गुंडे की भाष्या करोगे तो ये भारत है, कोई ,मुस्लिम देश सीरिया नही।😡
भारत सरकार बार बार कह रही थी के इस बिल में ऐसा क्या है, जिससे भारत के किसानों का फ़ायद्या होने की जगह नुकसान होने वाला है? पर रोड पर बैठे पप्पू, आढ़तिये, विरोधी मानसिकता वाले इस बार पर ही अड़े रहे के, इसमे खराबी हो या न हो, सरकार कानून वापस ले, क्यो की हम कहते है🤣
जँहा एक ओर भारत के सभी राज्यो के किसान इस किसान बिल के पक्ष में खड़े नजर आरहे थे, वही महज कोंग्रेस राज्य पंजाब और राजस्थान के आढ़तिये,, समस्या पैदा कर रहे थे। और कुछ नालायक लोग सोशल मीडिया पर उन्हें उकसा रहे थे। पर कोई भी ये नही बता रहा था, के किसान बिल में क्या कमी है?
दूसरी तरफ सरकार बार बार कह रही थी, के आओ चर्चा करो, ओर बताओ तो सही के, इसमे ये, कमी है। सरकार कह रही थी बार बार के अगर आप बिल की त्रुटियां बताओगे तो हम बिल में सुधार कर देंगे। पर न तो ये बात विरोधीनेता को समझ मे आरही थी, न आढ़तियों को, न सोशल मीडिया के उन ज्ञानियों को जो इस आंदोलन को हवा दे रहे थे।
सुप्रीम कोर्ट कोई भी कानून को रद्द करने की क्षमता तबतक नही रखता, जबतक कोर्ट के सामने ये साबित न हो, के इस कानून से भारतीय संविंधान के अनुसार जनता के मूलभूत अधिकार को क्षति पहुचायी जा रही है। और इस कानून के तहत तो देश का बच्चा बच्चा भी बताएगा, के इसमे किसी के मूलभूत अधिकार को कोई क्षति नही।
पहले शाहीनबाग का आंदोलन चला, ओर सब देशद्रोही मजहबी, नंगे हो गए देश के सामने। अब भी वही हुआ, सारे विरोधी, आढ़तिये, भड़कावू लोग, छुटफुट नेता जो हमेशा देशको अस्थिर करने की कोशिश में रहते है, पूरे देश के सामने नंगे हो गए है? और यही बीजेपी चाहती थी। इसलिए में शुरू से कह रहा के ये आंदोलन बीजेपी की पिच पर खेला जा रहा है🤣
अब आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कौनसी नयी बात कह दी? उन्होंने भी सरकार की तरह ही तो कहा है,, आओ 2 महीने चर्चा करते है,ओर अब हम,याने सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने स्थापित 4 लोगो की समिति के सामने बताओ, बताना ही होगा, के इस बिल मे क्या खराबी है जो किसानों के विरोध मे है,,, ?
ओर होगा भी वही अगर बिल में कोई सुधार की आवश्यकता है तो उसे बिल में सुधार किया जाएगा। पर बिल को न तो वापस लिया जाएगा न खत्म किया जाएगा।
ये देश किसी गुंडे के बाप की प्रॉपर्टी नही, न किसी पप्पू के खानदान की, न पवार के। ये देश कायदे कानून से ओर भारतीय संविंधान से चलता आरहा है और चलता रहेगा। और यही बात बीजेपी जनता को बताने में ओर समझाने में सफल हो रही है। या ये कहो सफल हो गयी है।
राजनीतिक दृष्टि से निसंदेह इसमे बीजेपी का फायदा है। पर इससे ज्यादा फायदा इसमे आधुनिक भारत का ही है। ये भारत सशक्त होता जा रहा है, 2014 के बाद इसमे किसी को कोई संदेश नही। ओर मुझ जैसे करोड़ो भारतीयों को ,जिनके लिए "देशप्रथम," है उनके लिए निसंदेह गौरव की बात है

The Government of India was repeatedly saying that what is there in this bill, which is going to cause damage to the farmers of India instead of being a beneficiary? But Pappu, aadhatiya, sitting on the road, is adamant on this bar with an anti-mentality, whether there is a defect or not, the government should withdraw the law, because we say that.
While the farmers of all the states of India were standing in favor of this farmer bill, only the adhatiyas of the Congress states of Punjab and Rajasthan were creating problems. And some unworthy people were instigating him on social media. But no one was saying, what is lacking in the farmers bill?
On the other hand, the government was repeatedly saying, "Let's discuss, and tell me what is right, this is lacking." The Supreme Court does not have the ability to repeal any law unless it is proved before the court that this law is harming the fundamental right of the people according to Indian constitution. And under this law, the child of the country will also tell the child, that there is no harm to the fundamental right of anyone in it.
First the movement of Shaheen Bagh started, and all the traitorous religion, got naked in front of the country. The same thing has happened now, all the opponents, jobbers, provocative people, small leaders who are always trying to destabilize the country, have gone naked in front of the whole country? And this is what BJP wanted. Therefore, from the beginning, I have been saying that this movement is being played on BJP's pitch.

And if there is a need for any improvement in the bill then it will be reformed in the bill. But the bill will neither be withdrawn or abolished.
